Vegetable Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 2tbsp of olive oil
- 1tsp of salt
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 courgette, chopped
- 3tbsp of low-salt soy sauce
Method:
- CHOP (PICA) all your VEGETABLES (VERDURAS).
- Heat a wok, or a pan, on a high heat and add olive oil.
- Add the chopped ONION (CEBOLLA) and GARLIC (AJO), and stir-fry for 1 minute, then reduce the heat.
- Add the chopped CARROT (ZANAHORIA), RED BELL PEPPER (PIMIENTO ROJO), and COURGETTE (CALABACÍN) and stir fry for 5 minutes.
- Stir all the ingredients with a wooden spatula and keep them moving around the wok.
- Add 1 tablespoon of water and the SOY SAUCE (SALSA DE SOJA).
- Cook over a high heat for 2 minutes.
Tip:
- Serve stir fry with noodles, RICE (ARROZ), quinoa, or couscous.
